Old Wallace

An old guy who, until just recently, was lying on his deathbed.

• He forged the Association over 50 years ago amidst declining conditions to improve the lives of the East Side residents of Eingana.
• Originally, the Association had a special deal with the city guards to ignore their relatively harmless crimes.
• However, the arrival of the dwarves to Elftown led to Mayor Frisia Alteisen’s crackdown on illegal activities, and the guards were forced to break their end of the deal and pursue the Association.
• Competition with the dwarven mafia forced the Association to commit worse and worse crimes, and the East Side suffered.
• Now, Old Wallace’s age is catching up to him and he lies at death’s door. The Association he worked so hard to build threatens to tear apart over trivialities.
