Overview
Below the depths of the Shiverspine Ocean, a glass city lie slumbering. Dwarven in make, and long abandoned, Addar is a nexus for ancient arcane trains. Tracks and viaducts criss-cross within the dome-like glass structure. The city has three tiers, two of stone and one of glass. The first two tiers rise from the ocean floor like tiers of a cake, cylindrical in shape. The third tier is a seemingly glass dome. Arcane light radiates out from it lighting the water and tiers below for viewing.

Keystone Hall
A grand and cavernous tier, the entirety of keystone hall is open. It functions as a massive storage hall. It consists of innumerable racks and scaffolds holding crates, stone boxes, metal safes, trunks, chests, wrapped rugs, and various other pieces of cargo. This occupies the entire room for as far as the eye can see.
