Balmaris Erdil, Scion of Agriculture and Bounty (Ball-marr-iss Err-dill)

Overview

Balmaris Erdil is the Scion of Agriculture and Bounty for Allanar. He is originally from the continent of Eltexia where most of the elves live. He was tasked by the Committee for Intercontinental relations to maintain and sustain the new City-State of Allanar. 

Description

Balmaris is a moon elf, with light blue skin and long silvery hair. He is nearing 550 years in age, and looks to be the human equivalent of late 50s in age. He is wizened, withholding, and knows pretty much all there is to know in terms of growing and hunting in a sustainable fashion.
