Dysterten (Dis-tur-ten)

Overview

Dystersten is a mining town nestled in between two mountains in the famous Gaulfell Mountain range. It's one of two mining settlements in the Ascendancy, and as such is very important. There is a high military presence here to protect the city from Orcs, Goblins, Underdark Beings, and the like. It goes unspoken that the military is also there to protect the city from Dwarves, should they ever feel like removing the humans from their mountains.
