Ozran (Ozz-ran)

Overview

Home to most Halfings within the Ascendandy, Ozran is located to the Southwest of Urungal, with a forest to the West, a river to the South, and hills to the East. Though the halflings grow much grain, it wasn't until Martel Blackthorn took the continent that they really did much trading. Now, many halfings have left Ozran to work as merchants or bankers, and return home after a time with riches to invest into the now growing city. Ozran is a bustling hubbub of whimsy, wealth, and genuine goodwill to all. It is a great retirement spot for many, and even a fair amount of humans have estates or vistas in the country surrounding Ozran.
