Zumlamin Alder, Scion of Law and Justice (Zoom-lah-men Al-der)

Overview

Zumlamin is the Scion of Law and Justice in the city of Allanar. Though elves rarely break laws or go against the grain, it does happen. He is in charge of enforcing laws and investigations. This covers common elvish crimes such as harming nature for their own benefit, stealing magical relics or art pieces, and heresy. 
Zumlamin is also in charge of guards and scouts, who always keep a close eye on visitors to the city and the Kingfisher thicket.
