House of the Crown

The House of the Crown is the is the head of state of the Torian Kingdom government. The house is the culteral leader for the country and makes its home in the city of Lortus. The power of the house are considered symbolic and ceremonial, and hold little over the actual functions of the kingdom; however, the house can make exceptions to standing laws and grant pardons.
The house is ruled by an Emperor or Empress, which is currently Empress Drusilla Strain. The Emperess meets with leaders of the other 2 houses, House of the Sword and House of Sigils on a regular basis.
