Faction: The Comex  Allies: Gorgossium 
This place is also a smuggler’s hideout. Much like Ephemerile but… much worse. Murderers and criminals on the run make this their home, but have to pay a steep fee to be kept safe by the Comex.
The Comex are sort of the mafia? They have a wide reach, and have outposts all over Elyria, but are based here in the Moonlight Isles.
