Koleha

An alcoholic beverage made from the Toko plant. It's brewed from the tuberous roots of the plant and often mixed with sugarcane juice or pineapple juice. It's usually consumed by the people of the Sunlight Isles, though it is considered a delicacy in The Vassa and The Saileud.
It's a clear liquid that tastes somewhat like banana and pineapple, and it's usually about 40-45% ABV.
