Lameta
The Ile believe in the holy trinity of deities known simply as the Lameta. The Lameta are known to be a trio of siblings, although their genders change depending on which part of Ile-Ile their tradition is being told.
The Lameta are also served by their entourage of angels and holy beings called Paragons.
Emidu
A creator deity, but also a death deity, their duality represents the cycle of life and death on Ile-Ile. They are represented by the colour black and are known as a neutral deity whose very breath supports all life on Ile-Ile. This deity is the embodiment of magic and intellect, but also trickery. Emifun is known as the granter of gifts, and it is believed that praying to them ardently will result in a boon of some kind. They are represented by the colour white and if they are depicted in humanoid form, they are represented by a triangle head and a vaguely person-shaped body.Pumi
A deity who embodies fortune, but also productivity and labour. They are represented by the colour red, and are known as a good aligned deity. It is believed that if one works hard, they will be rewarded. If they are depicted in humanoid form, they are represented by a square head and a vaguely person-shaped body.
