High Chancellor of the Council of Six and current leader of the Lorasian Government.

He is a large, portly Tabaxi of dark gray-black fur with a lighter silver patch along his chin and chest. He is prone to wearing large hats as is the fashion. Infrequently seen, he is held in mostly high regard and is known for his generousity towards the denizens of Lorisen.
