Roll a Constitution saving throw (DC20). On a success, roll a d6 and take the corresponding effect. On a fail, the DM will roll three d6 and the corresponding effects will take place. One a critical fail, all effects will take place.
1) Gain +2 to Wisdom-based checks.
2) -5 penalty to all Perception checks.
3) Speed is slowed by 5 feet.
4) Gain 1d4 temporary HP.
5) Gain +2 to Charisma-based checks.
6) Minus 1d4 to Initiative rolls.
(Heightened) If you smoke twice as much as usual, the consequences are doubled.
