Olfyra

One of the largest cities in Emaniquora. It is the defacto capital of The Gatipids and is sometimes referred to as the "City of Lakes." The Gatipids is the name given to the northeastern most reaches of the Empire; with frozen lakes and year-round snow, it is a harsh place to live. However, it is home to some of the hardiest and proudest folk in the land. They are stubborn and slow to change. Partially because of this, they are often at odds with the Lorasian Government and find themselves in various states of rebellion. In the 500 years since the Empire's birth, the Gatipids have been involved in well over one-hundred unique rebellions. They have never escalated to full-scale warfare, however.
Olfyra, as the largest city, finds itself at the center of most rebellions. It is well fortified, with tall stone walls further strengthened with thick layers of ice, causing the wall to almost seem to glow in the sun. The city sits on the land that stretches between four lakes, further protecting it as outsiders are often nervous to walk across the icey surface, lest they fall in.
