Roda Phada

Mayor of Lorisen. Roda Phada is half-elf woman of middle-age. She has pale skin, brunette hair, and green eyes and her features lean towards her human half.

Seperate from the High Chancelor and Council of Six. The mayor of Lorisen is an elected official, voted in by the denizens of the city. Their rule encompasses the day-to-day happenings of the city. The High Chancelor operates on a higher level, ruling the country.

Now, if one were being completely fair, Roda's role is merely show as the Council of Six tend to oversee more of Lorisen than the mayor does. Essentially, they are a figurehead.
