Sommeraine Peaks

The mountain range that lies to the North of the Ansklere River where it bends Southward. They are not as tall as the Itumere Mountain Range and they are dotted with many rivers and lakes and are covered with heavy forests throughout.

The Sommeraine Peaks are home to many creatures. This is the only place where the jet-black owlbear can be found. There have been rare reports of flying owlbears in this region as well, though they are often not believed and come few and far between.

It was said in days of old, that this is where the forest dragons lived, though they have not been seen in over a thousand years.
