Cleric Alignments: LG, NG
Domains: Cold (SC), Dragon (SC), Good (PH), Luck (PH), Protection (PH)
Favored Weapon: Bite (Heavy Pick) Dogma: Be stern when dealing with evil and brook no excused for evil acts. Show compassion and empathy to the downtrodden, the dispossessed, and the helpless. Promote the cause of good, but let beings fight their own battles when they can. It is better to offer information, healing, or a temporary safe refuge rather than take others’ burdens upon oneself. History/Relationships: Bahamut is the patron deity of metallic dragons, though his wisdom and power is respected by all dragonkind, except perhaps his archrival, Tiamat, Goddess of Evil Dragons. Bahamut promotes the cause of good and considers all good-aligned deities his allies. He is mortal enemies with his sibling, Tiamat, seeking to oppose her machinations at every turn. Clergy and Temples: Bahamut accepts only good clerics. His clerics, be they dragons, dragonborn, or other beings attracted to Bahamut’s philosophy, strive to take constant, but subtle action on behalf of Good, intervening wherever they are needed but striving to do as little harm in the process as possible. Many gold, silver, and brass dragons maintain simple shrines to Bahamut in their lairs, usually nothing more elaborate than Bahamut’s symbol scribed on a wall. His few known temples are large white stone buildings with a grand worship hall large enough for a dragon. Ceremonial garb of non-dragon clerics of Bahamut is silver robes with blue filigree embroidered throughout. Holidays:
None. Known Temples:
The Hall of the Shining Scales (Mythryden, Aravess)
Bahamut’s Sanctuary (Brightsands)
The House of the Platinum Dragon (Church)
The Temple of Mighty Bahamut (West Andaria, Kainan)
