Sapphire-Swan

The Sapphire-Swan is a superheroine who migrated over to the state of Oregon for unspecified reasons. She began fighting crime down the I-5 corridor, similar to Emerald-Man.

History

Not much is known about Sapphire-Swan. Being a masked vigilante, she has kept her identity a close-kept secret and therefore has proved to be elusive to any reporters on her nature. What is known is that she began fighting crime around the year 2020 in Denver, Colorado. She became notorious with the police department there as she did not cooperate with them. Eventually she made her way further west, to Salt Lake City, where she had a short stint, until eventually she moved up to Oregon.
There, she decided to start fighting crime on the east side of the I-5 Corridor, mainly in the Centennial district in Portland, Oregon. She gained the notice of the police department when she intervened in a shoot out against the Valentine gang and the Mexican cartel in June of 2022.

Sapphire-Swan's origins of her powers is unknown, but they appear to be magical as well.

• Flight. She seems to be able to summon wings, which allow her to fly in the air.

• Healing. She has the ability to rapidly heal herself through magic.
