Police were called last Thursday when three robbers were found wounded in front of the 9-2-5 Convenience Store in the Centennial district. According to the store owner, Armando Garcia, the three men, dressed in sunglasses and hoodies, robbed him at gunpoint and then fled the store carrying around 300 dollars in cash. They were stopped by a woman dressed in a white uniform and wings descending on them from the top of the gas station. Garcia did not get a good look at the woman, who fled before he could take any pictures.
This was not the only incident in the appearance of this woman. A month ago, police reported seeing a similar individual stalking a local gang shootout, between members of the Valentine crime family and cartel gangsters, where she intervened. Detective Jackson McGee mentioned her wearing “a uniform with blue and white patterns, and posing similar to some type of waterfowl.”
K-Intune News also reports that a similar individual was spotted a year ago in the city of Denver, Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah. Some in Denver had first believed it was an appearance of some mysterious bird cryptid. However, police reports, and proper photos, confirmed that it was a woman in a costume.
Denver Police Chief Teddy Faswell reportedly said of the character, “Seems to me she was another costumed character. Sorta like that Axolotl fella in Los Angeles, or that Yellow Rose lady in Houston, or heck, even that Blue Moon vigilante that has been terrorizing New York for ages. Real tired of them sorts of vigilantes, it makes a huge mess for the District Attorney’s office. If they’d just work with the law, we’d welcome their help!”
The question is: what will Emerald-Man do about this winged woman? Is there enough room in town for two costumed heroes?
