"This small building on the far side of the garrison block from the font is a small single story building. As you enter through the stone door, you see a long reception desk, to your front. To your left is a small seating area with crumbling chairs, and a small gate that allows you into the back. Behind the desk are chairs and more smaller desks. Behind that is a jail cell and a door to the left. Behind the door something breaths, likely the thing that made all of the giant spider webs that coat the walls ceiling and floor." ~Sano
