Ray-Finned Fish

Ray-finned bony fish make up the majority of fish species in Emynea, present in just about every habitat. They can be divided up by these habitats, living in saltwater or freshwater. There are even those who have adapted to living in either habitat! This adaptable group is the Euryhaline, adapting to most environments if not traversing both freshwater and saltwater in order to breed!
