Grandmother Tusk

Sea Hag. takes the form of an incredibly fat woman standing over a vast cauldron, big enough to cook three men alive. She is a master of potions lore, and create any potion from her cauldron. However, she is also a trickster, and will generally inflict some small curse into any good potions she makes. She specialises in Green Tea, a health potion that turns the user green for 4d10hrs. She carries with her an large and ancient narwhal tusk, using it both as a means of physical support and an arcane focus.
When the Ancient Turtle Brightstorm Last sank beneath the waves 1000 years ago, she offered life to the inhabitants of the city, in exchange for their city and their servitude. To do this, she combined them with various sea creatures, so they now resemble marine life rather than the elves they once were.
