The Cult of Draco

A Religion centred in Aurient around the figure of Astrobulax, which views Astrobulax as a God-Emperor. 
In 238, a new belief spread through the kobold tribes in the hills to the north of Aurient. This believe venerated the Great Blue Dragon as a God Emperor, replacing the older trickster Dragon Gods previously worshipped by the tribes. This was led by a Kobold Priestess, who drove the union of the tribes and the great migration. The Cult of Draco was granted the lands east of the lesser volcano, and in 315 the Great Temple of Drakhar was built. Inlaid with kobold enchantments, the temple is unble to be seen directly, due to prohibitions on viewing the holy. 
Following in the footsteps of the first high priestess, priestesses of Draco set aside their name, and are known only as Priestess. 
While most of the worshippers of Astrobulax are kobolds, other races also find a place within their ranks. There are a large minority of Dragonborn followers of the Cult of Draco.
