Duke Cyrus

Duke Cyrus is the current Duke of Seville. Elvish and in his latter half of life, Cyrus attempts to ensure that the good fortune his family had to become Dukes isn't squandered on him. To this effect he tries to ensure the city will be as prosperous as possible.
