Scappe

Scappe is a propserous farming town with a naturally high population of Generates. As such, they produce most, if not all, of the food sent to neighboring cities and towns. The leader is generate mayor Josiah Tafar. The locally-produced and most widely-accepted currency is the drahm, a bronze coin featuring an arm gripping a snake wrapped around it on one side and two crossed plows on the other.
Upon exploring Scappe, the party will find a very empty birthday party with a generate boy and his mother, Eli and Netisse Farion. The mother will quickly approach the party (the other one) and ask them for any possible sort of entertainment or companionship for her son, based on the fact that these strange-looking people must be performers or entertainers. The main reason her son's party is empty is because unlike most generates, he is actually very skinny, sprouting few and tiny growths across his body.
Due to budgetary restraints and more students attending Allimise in Celcus, the local mage's school, Glazcreel, has had to move into the Scappe Library. Naturally, this has created conflict between the two groups, namely of the noise created by spells and students during lessons.
The annual slave auction due to start on the 15th of Moonpeak is creating some tension around town. Most of the higher members of society have made public announcements that they will not participate (though many will eventually show up and some will bid), and others enticed by the offers. The event has already been reduced in the past few decades, from monthly to bi-annually to annually, but some people still feel uncomfortable when the 15th of Moonpeak comes around. However, Commoners are planning to interrupt the auction by murdering everyone present and freeing the slaves.

Inns/Taverns

King's Feast is a restaurant that serves only the finest cuts of meat from local top-quality cattle or generates, whichever taste is preferred. Most meals will run the average diner around 45 drahm, more for generate meat, but the quality is enough to keep most people enraptured into the next day. The owner is gnoll Kiast Nikil, who will do everything he can to please everyone he comes across.
Phoenixbrew is a tavern proclaiming it has the spiciest drinks in all of Endhaven. Those who take up the challenge of downing a full glass of the Phoenix's Last Breath wins 80 drahm, a free shirt, and MAGICITEM (though this last one is unknown to the general public). So far, the only person who has managed to succeed is Rewen Spicer, the metalmuncher chief brewer and owner of the tavern.
Bedbug Inn is an inn catering to the barest-boned of travelers, or locals looking for a night of debauchery. The inn is secretly owned by the Spirit Scions, but publicly owned by generate Markus Brech, who seems to be a very upstanding member of society despite his business and clientele.
