Weaspell Wist

Weaspell Wist ("Tragic Existence") is popular folksong telling the story of the world, often performed at the beginning of ceremonies and celebrations. It's considered extremely inappropriate to attempt dancing on the song.
Although not difficult in its technique or story, it's typically played by bards of any nationality as they always share the truth to the people.
The structure is quite simple, the first verse drops from 9 syllables to 5 and serves as an introduction to the tone of the song, mirroring it, the second verse goes from 5 to 9 syllables before transitioning to the chorus which spreads as 10 - 9 - 10. The third verse mimics the first one, although it isn't always followed by another verse and may precede another 10 - 9 -10 chorus. This largely depends on the time aloted to the singer, as well as the events they are allowed to narrate.
