Halfling

No one, not even the halflings themselves, are quite sure where their species came from. As far as the histories are concerned, they have been around for as long as people have, with no space devoted to their origins. Because of this, humans and halflings view each other as sister species, and have fantastic relations. Both humans and halflings are always welcome in each other's settlements, but uniquely amongst the natural races of Enon, halflings have no ancestral struggles with any other species. Even with orcs, halflings are viewed quite positively. It is said that a halfling has no greater desire than to lounge around their village, smoke tobacco, drink ale, and enjoy the pastoral life of the country. Halfling adventurers are rare, but not unheard of.
