The Sector Administration
The Administrators are a group of elder oblices used by the illithid to store and process data. There are ten of them in total, each with a different purpose. They can join together into networks, pooling their abilities between them. While the process for this is unknown, the Administration is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable groups of entities among the planes.

Planar Moderators
...tetraangular beings of waveform thought that possess a Knowing...an ability to know the truth when spoken...they access and delete memories from Administration and other lifeforms...made from the gilded essence of the Upper Arcs of each ring...celestial in make, but sinister in purpose...designed for the Singular Purpose of the coming-together in the vast mindspace...less than one-hundred remain, likely far fewer...slaved still to their purpose.
