The Royal Council
An anonymous group who vote to make decisions for Gallison's smaller problems.
Structure
Most of the counsil is kept a secret. Barely anyone knows how many are given this privilege, and even fewer know who is in it. This is to keep the counsil members from being influenced by bribes or other outside influences. Those who stand before them can never make out their faces or voices, as they wear an item that masks their appearance and sound. If a counsil member is found out, then they have to resign from the position, and the crown ruler will assign a new member.
Public Agenda
They are supposed to have the good of the people in mind at all times, but the past half-century, there seems to be some malicious intent on some of the member's decisions.
