Bootleg Bay

This region is mostly made up out of smaller islands, and the town Hareckburg on the mainland's shore south of the islands.
The People of Hareckburg don't like to admit it, but their fellow countrymen, living on the islands, are all cannibals, honoring beastly gods and offering human sacrifices to them.
