Celeste

Celeste is a city in the clouds in the eastern parts of the Kingdom of Bracada. It is the home of Gavin Magnus and his advisors.
It is truly a city in the clouds, with stone pathways leading from location to location, used by angelic and good creature alike. It's also the location of the most secure prison, the Walls of Mist, in all of Enroth.
