The Empire of the Endless Ocean (sometimes called the Regnan Empire) was a kingdom of pirates based of Regna Island.

History

The Empire was founded by Hareck I, the leader of sea raiders, after he and his men drove out the original inhabitants of Regna Island - the Trolls. Regnan pirates became a large threat to trade and sailing between the continents of Enroth - Enroth, Antagarich and Jadame.
