Deep Pantheon

The Deep Pantheon holds the most ancient and obscure of the Enterian deities. These cosmic entities are known for being the creators, rulers, and owners of existence itself. They do not own a domain, nor do they care about worship. Their power does not come from the world, rather they are the ones who dictate where their power goes.   Followers of the gods of the Deep Pantheon are few and far between, as little know of their very existence, and even less wish to dedicate themselves to them. Even still, their essence is found in every part of life, death, and anything in between. The Rulers of the Abyss know everything, shape everything, are everything.

Mythology & Lore

The Beginning

It is said that in the beginning of existence itself, there were three cosmic beings. Brothers in creation - Sath, Zeis, and Tyme ruled the cosmos together, sharing the ebb and flow of the universe, each being holding a third of the Power of Creation. One day, Sath and Zeis decided to embark on a project worthy of their power - the creation of the perfect world. However, it did not take long for the brothers to butt heads, rival each others' ideas, and cast doubt on the other's plans. Zeis wished to start as soon as possible, opting to grow and change the world as they formed it, learning and building upon past mistakes and embracing them, cementing every element within the foundations of the world. Sath, on the other hand, wished to plan everything out beforehand, for he believed that mistakes should be learnt from, but then eliminated in the event that they could destabilize their perfect vision. Soon the brothers' discussions and debates turned to heated arguments and fights. Tyme, the oldest and wisest of the brothers, grew ever more irritated at the constant rivalry and impasse. His warnings and requests were left unheeded by the two artists again, and again. And so eventually, the calm one broke his neutrality and attempted to interject into one of the brothers' "debates". However, he chose an unfortunate time, as this was the most heated argument the brothers had ever had, and in their bout of rage and frustration, the two shoved him to the ground. With two-thirds the power of the entirety of existence bearing down on an ill-prepared Tyme, his consciousness was broken, his life extinguished - the only remaining thoughts being of annoyance and grief at the lack of progress, the lack of getting anywhere. The thoughts and emotions of this incident are said to have been so powerful that Tyme's essence was preserved, stretching itself through the world Zeis and Sath had created, inter-weaving itself with the very fabric of reality, always moving it forward.
