Briar Thorn wasn't born - she slithered from the all-encompassing void of darkness and dread that awaits all living things at their end. She was raised in the Valley.
She manages the camp's supplies and funds. Some suspect she does it to see the pain in adventurers' eyes when they part with their gold.
