Upon being returned to Castle Clayf by Captain Lyrufe Iesso, Sir Haren was given a mockery of a trial by Emperor of Hinsor Leriti Sulrodi. Attendance was mandatory for all non-land-owning residents of Castle Clayf, who were kept locked within the castle bailey until the trial proceedings were completed each day. On the second day, Sir Haren was found guilty of treason, conspiring to assassinate the Emperor, desertion, and multiple counts of sedition, murder, armed assault, thievery, and many more.
