Granitos

Granitos is the second largest city within Trimblemore. It is the seat of the Granitos Holding, and is the center of industry and mining. It is governed by the Duke of Granitos and his Stone Council, a group of advisors that represent key industries.
The city is centered around the Emerald Falls, located near the headwaters of The Gouge where it connects to the Summer Sea. The Emerald Falls is a 230ft waterfall built cutting through the granite cliffs that separate the low plains of the coastal region from the forested region that surrounds the Summer Sea.
Maritime transport from the Summer Sea to the Ocean through The Gouge is possible through the ShipLifter, an giant water-powered elevator that spans the 230 vertical feet of the Emerald Falls. Granitos collects fees from merchants and transporters that use the ShipLifter, and that income has enabled Granitos to be the wealthiest Holding.
