City of Neverlight
Neverlight. The capital of Strunearon. A large bustling City with a large castle upon a hill at the center of the city. Its streets are long and twisting leading to people getting lost easily should they not have spent much time there. It is a beautiful City during the day, truly, though very quiet. However its True beauty Shines once the sun sets and the people of the city truly wake and begin to move about the streets. Then one can see elegant and beautiful patterns painted on the walls of each building with different colored bio-luminescent pains derived from fungi and other plants. The people will probably watch with some suspicion but once you prove to not be a threat welcome you into their midst willing to trade secrets and knowledge in turn for what you may know. Demographics
The population is split roughly half in half Vampire and Non-Vampire and beyond that is Split roughly into 2/4ths human, 1/4th Elf, 1/4th Vastayan with an odd couple of siren here or there.
Government
The city is ruled by two kings and two queens jointly. One Set are Vampires and the other Non-Vampires so as to fairly rule their combined peoples. Beneath the Kings and Queens they have the Princes and Princesses and then the nobles and then commoners.
Defences
There is a large sturdy wall around the bottom of the hill the city rests upon. This wall has gate houses at all entrances and thus also has arrow traps and other death traps should one try and invade. It has many magical store houses and so as such is likely to survive a long siege or battle due to simply being able to last longer.
Infrastructure
The people of Strunearon have well built stone houses and other buildings often with both second stories and basements. Many of the Basements also have a hidden tunnel to the basement of the town hall to allow ease of movement if an attack were to befall the Village, Town or City. These tunnels can be confusing and winding if you are new to them. The more wealth one has the more likely they are to have built down into the earth

The City is set upon a large hill in the midst of a large flat plain ringed by forest.
