Q'af al-Jabal

Q'af al-Jabal is one of the four cities of Zinnabar. Like all others, it is ruled by a Sorcerer King and is heavily influenced by Glimmer, to the point where one's magical ability determines one's standing in society.
Q'af al-Jabal is the only city state of Zinnabar that does not lie directly on the coast. Instead, it occupies the mountains that separate the dunes from the fertile coasts, where its citizens mines rare gems all day long. Q'af al-Jabal is also the city state best known for its sorcerers and occultists, importing Glimmer at massive scales.
