Q'sar el-Qabir

Q'sar el-Qabir is one of the four cities of Zinnabar. Like all others, it is ruled by a Sorcerer King and is heavily influenced by Glimmer, to the point where one's magical ability determines one's standing in society.
Q'sar el-Qabir is one of the more militarily minded of the four cities of Zinnabar, maintaining both a large navy and many mercenary regiments, while having its eyes fixed on the lands across the Sea of Azuth. Q'sar el-Qabir pays for its might with its Southern trade routes into unknown lands that bring silks and spices to the Known World.
