Declan O'Connick

Professor Declan Anjay O'Connick- Mehta (a.k.a. Dex)

Declan O'Connick is a studious professor at the University, teaching history and wizardcraft to students.  He is young, for a professor, with neatly-braided hair and calloused hands permanently stained with ink.  His hair is a rich auburn, marking him a Kelt, or at least a descendant of the Keltigaels.  He is pale and lean and seems to be of average-to-short height (though you can't be certain as he wears heeled boots).  He speaks clearly, if a bit sesquipedalian, with only the slightest Iveirnan accent.
