Chapter 2: Lapis Lazuli

With the first spell component in hand the group traveled to the Path of Ice to find the Lapis Lazuli flower.
Arriving everyone but Bosh, thanks to his new magic rune on his shield, found themselves very cold. They found themselves in the middle of a blank tundra. To their right an endless frozen ocean and to their left a bleak forest and snow covered mountains. They decided to travel towards the mountains. On their way a blizzard approached and the god of Ice, Hood , met them. Tua asked for a boon and Hood changed Tua from a tree frog to the first snow frog. He then said that they could probably find the flower near the mountain tops or in caves out on the ocean. The group chose the ocean.
Hours later near nightfall they came across a camp of ascendants. The group welcomed them and said they would travel with the party to the caves. The group traveled down a crevasse into some ice caves and found a small group of guard drakes. During their combat an enormous white dragon attacked. they dispatched the dragon and found the flower in a small tunnel as well as 5 dragon eggs.
