Clearwater
Demographics
The majority of the city is involved in trade and shipping with only a small minority involved in other work. Of those in shipping most of the lowerclass work on the docks. Despire Clearwater's great wealth the majority of its citizens are in the lowerclass making just enough to get by. The middle class is made up of sailors and naval personal who are able to travel away and bring wealth back to the city. The upperclass is ruled by a few powerful families who make up the council. Being a port town built on trade there are many different peoples and races who make their home in Clearwater. Humans are the most common but halflings, dwarves, and elves also call Clearwater their home.
Defences
The city of clearwater has a grand wall to defend its eastern border. Its harbor is also blocked with an enormous gate built years ago as a gift from the Vestorians.
Guilds and Factions
The council of 11 is made up 11 families. Each of these families has risen through the ranks in their markets to come out on top. The families are each the head of their respective guilds. While each house does not care for each other the one law that the council is not allowed to change states that each family can only have one member on the council. As such there has been little overt fighting among the council members. The rise for status occurs within each guild sector. the guild in Clearwater are

Geography
The city of Clearwater lies on the western coast of the continent. It was built on the flat coastal lands near the fertile fields of the plains.
Natural Resources
A large amount of fish and whales can be caught off the coast of Clearwater. The fields outside the city are rich in soil and Wheat can be grown easily.
