Founding

Following the collapse of the Federation The city of Highmark fell to rebellion. Eventually as the dust settled a military ruler took charge and created a connection with the previous ruling class in order to solidify his power. He proved capable in his role and quickly pacified the surrounding area and brought a relative peace to the region. He proclaimed himself king a new title and demanded fealty from those below him who he raised up to positions of power.
