Targeted Attacks

Targeted attacks can be made on creatures with applicable body parts. Reducing a body part to 0 HP will disable it in a way that is applicable to the creature. Dealing Damage do a body part will apply damage to the total health of the creature. Undeclared targeted attacks will default to the "body" of the creature.
