Rotting and skeletal. Has a crack in its forehead with an orange eye inside.

Decay magic. Can create an air-borne disease that causes skin necrosis and undeadification.

Personal history
One of the False Gods, born underneath the ancient kingdom of Kol Duluramodul - Tethuram (Gathuram of the Ancient World). It created a disease with its potent Decay magic and spread it across the land, turning humans into undead. Eventually, the disease forced humans out of Kol Duluramodul and in their place was a great number of undead.
