Dwarves
Culture
Dwarves are mountain dwelling miners, hard working smiths and have a penchant for drinking. Over many years dwarves have not changed much. They're mountain dwelling miners, smiths, drinkers, and tech makers. As miners when the world found it's self in need of minerals for their machines the dwarves were more than happy to supply them.
The dwarves bellive themselves the controllers of the chaos hills and anarchy mountains, but aren't actually recognized as they don't have full dominion over the many nomadic goblin and dragonborn tribes.
The dwarves now also use biotech frequently in day to day life, a stark contrast from fay races, who use it solely in the military.
The dwarves worship the spirit of industry and the god of smithing

Chaos Dwarves (aka hill Dwarves) lore
Named for the hills of chaos a common place to find them, chaos dwarves are tougher and more brutal than their cousins. They have all the typical jobs of most dwarves, with an emphasis on brewing and fighting. Some of the dwarves are paid to defend halfling villages in the area, so they have a very strong relationship. Some, however, choose the path of nomadic mercenaries traveling and looking for hires. Once again named for the area they live in mountain dwarfs have grand cities and great palaces, when you think of a classic dwarf, you think of them. They are the main control force in the anarchy mountains, claiming it as their own, but they are not recognized by everyone living there and are therefore not considered a fully fledged country. Typically, an anarchy will be taller than a chaos resulting in some petty fudes. As they live farther north than their cousins they often have lighter skin and darker hair. So don't put your red bearded stereotype in this subrace! I'm funny right? Right? *sighs* Anarchy (mountain) Dwarf statsCompatible with DnD 5e
