Waterdeep - Phaulkonmere Villa

Phaulkonmere Villa is a compound located one block south of Kolat Towers that is owned by the Tarm and Phaulkon noble families. These days, the Villa is kept up by Melannor, a druid, while Jeryth contends with Enclave business. The building itself is open, airy and solidly build of white marble and amber-stained oak. The grounds are effectively an open zoo of feywyld creatures who guard the property. The property itself has a single front gate built into a 20’ tall stone. Melannor also directs the Emerald Enclave agents in the city with Jeryth Phaulkon, a Chosen of Mielikki.
Lady Phaulkon’s powers have grown so great that she ascended to the status of a demipower, having shed her physical form to become a disembodied voice and presence within the villa gardens of her family home.
