Sylvira Savikas
Sylvira Savikas is one of Candlekeep’s foremost sages, and specializes in knowledge pertaining to the Outer Planes. According to Karsus she is a member of, or at least an ally to a group called the "Grey Council." She has been working with and visiting Karsus in The Lost City of Wiezda for a few years now, and has been one of the people trying to maintain the discretion of the city.
