Paradise
Paradise is a simulation designed for individuals and small groups to explore and inhabit. Unlike most simulated environments that people have access to, Paradise focuses less on enhancing one's abilities for the purpose of a narrative, and more on the individual experience of exploring a serene, vibrant world as a passive observer. Everywhere in Paradise is picturesque and breathtaking; designed by some of the most influential world design artists within the FTS. Many accredit Paradise to declining suicide rates across the FTS as it becomes more popular. Those who experience Paradise are reported to feel far more inspired and energized, often developing a newfound appreciation for the natural beauty of the world they live in.
The only requirement to access paradise is the possession of neurosync implants to interface with a simulation bay. Paradise is a free environment to access.
Geography
Paradise is an exotic planet that grows with each content expansion; having a wide variety of biomes, climates, and overall environments to explore: from vibrant crystalline forests to immense underwater fissures illuminated by glowing coral. Users that access paradise are not subject to any environmental dangers, and are free to explore the planet at their leisure.
History
Paradise started out as a project by an artist and software engineer known as Frenz Herrano. They wished to deviate from the trends of previous simulation software --often giving the user superpowers to execute a story in which they are the protagonist-- through making the experience all about the world, and not the user. This wasn't the first time that such a project has been seen, but Paradise is seen by many as the best implementation of this concept.
