The Noosphere
The noosphere is a largely unexplored realm of pure exotic energy, parallel to our own dimension. It is theorized that this dimension is what fuels the mind-magic recently unlocked my Terrankind known as Psionics.
Geography
The noosphere, much like our own dimension, is comprised mostly of 'empty' space; with small pockets of exotic antimaterial forming celestial bodies. To individuals without any exotic senses that have been pulled into the noosphere via psionic abilities, the entirity of the plane appears as a massive, featureless void. Subjects pulled in this way had to be pulled back out extremely quickly, as they showed signs of intense dread and fear. To those with exotic senses, this plane appears as a bright, golden sea dotted with briliantly shining lights, which many scientists suspect are correspondant to distant galaxies.
When one 'travels' to the noosphere, they will be converted into an antimaterial entity that is capable of existing within the noosphere, and will appear in a spot congruent with the spot at which they entered the noosphere. Sometimes this could be the 'same' planet they were on when they traveled, or it could be a total void far, far way from any celestial bodies. The reasoning for various discrepencies within the noosphere when compared to our dimension is unknown, however there is ahypothesis that could explain this, with this hypothesis assuming that the noosphere and the material dimension we inhabit were at one point nearly identical copies of one another:

Forerunner Interference
Long ago, an ancient alien species known as the Arr'kai used to inhabit our galaxy. Since then, they decided to ascend past their physical forms and travel into the noosphere, and in doing so removed most of their presence from the galaxy at large. This gigantic self-imposed exodus caused an immense surge of energy to travel throughout the entire galaxy, wiping it clean of all life with only the most remote and robust of Arr'kai structures surviving. During this time, the Arr'kai simply watched over the galaxy, whitnessing it being reborn through natural processes while they carried out their mysterious works silently within the solitude of their extradimensional home. This information was gathered from the Arr'kai Remnants, a leftover species of the Arr'kai that can be found in smallest, most remote pockets of the galaxy. If this is true, interference with our galaxy on such a scale could 'throw off the balance' that may have once been shown in the noosphere, which would explain why various planets and other celestial bodies are 'misplaced' in the noosphere compared to our galaxy.Fauna & Flora
The only known lifeforms that inhabit the noosphere include the Arr'kai, though they are elsusive and more than likely do not want to be found by 'mere mortals,' at leas that's what the Remnants say. Another known lifeform that inhabits the noosphere is the god-like superentity known as the Voideus. Both of these entities are known to be 'invasive' to this dimension, and it's currently unknown if any naturally-occuring life exists within the noosphere.
Natural Resources
The entirity of the noosphere is composed of antimatter, including mundane and exotic variants. This makes the entire dimension a goldmine of potential wealth and resource value, however there is currently no way to harvest these resources and bring them back to the material dimension as antimatter. Any matter that travels to the noosphere is converted into antimatter, while any antimatter that comes out of the noosphere is converted into normal matter.
