Moonlan Bay

Moonlan Bay was a city in the northern part of the Sha'ai Nations and was mostly inhabited by elves. The leadership of the city were the Sca'le'ta Family. Almost 50 years ago the city were burnt down by Venin and the Sca'le'ta family was killed. Exept Laucian Sca'le'ta who got banished from those who survived
